Work description and responsobilities

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Assisting and providing necessary support to insolvency proceedings administrators and office staff
  • Delivering and receiving documents, managing records in the electronic insolvency accounting system (EMUS), and performing other technical tasks
  • Taking physical possession of the debtor’s assets
  • Conducting research on various legal matters
  • Preparing drafts of legal and administrative documents (applications, requests, warnings, notifications, decisions, claims, etc.)
  • Communicating via phone and in person with insolvent individuals, representatives of insolvent legal entities, state institutions, and other third parties

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree student or graduate in Law, with the ability to work full-time
  • Excellent knowledge of Latvian, good knowledge of Russian and English, and strong English writing skills. Russian writing skills will be considered an advantage**
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Knowledge of business etiquette
  • Ability to organize work, work independently, and in a team
  • B category driver’s license
  • High sense of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail

**To ensure the full execution of work, including customer service and the preparation of legal documents, knowledge of Russian and English is required. These languages are used for communication with foreign clients, cooperation partners, and institutions.
