WIDEN partners Ksenia Kravtšenko and Kristi Sild advised AS TBB bank in a transaction where LHV Group’s subsidiary acquired part of TBB bank’s loan portfolio. The transfer of the loan portfolio has now been completed, with the transferred portfolio amounting to €19.2 million, with the possibility of an additional €4.3 million being added within three months. The transaction involved a total of 72 loan clients.
