WIDEN konsultavo Arco Vara on the public offering of unsecured bonds

Led by WIDEN’s partner Kristi Sild, another complex and exciting project has successfully reached the finish line – the listed company Arco Vara carried out a public offering of unsecured bonds.

Due to very high investor interest, the issue, which initially had a base volume of €10 million, was increased to €15 million. This was the largest single bond issue among real estate developers on the Baltic stock exchange. The bonds are listed on the Nasdaq Tallinn Stock Exchange Baltic Bond List.

Kristi Sild, assisted by attorney Getter Ulla, advised Arco Vara on all legal matters related to the offering, including the prospectus and stock exchange proceedings. The co-managers of the offering were LHV Bank and Redgate Capital.
