Acquisition of renewable development company in Estonia

In 2023, five Enefit Green wind turbines will start generating electrical energy in the Purtse wind farm in Ida-Virumaa. In order to launch this project, WIDEN’s partner and attorney at law Olavi-Jüri Luik and partner and attorney at law Ants Karu advised the transaction of share acquisition of Raunistal, developer of wind energy, by renewable energy company Enefit Green. The completed wind farm will symbolize the result of more than 10 years of development work and will cover with its production the entire electricity needs of Lüganuse municipality in Ida-Virumaa county.
