Meet Liudas Šiukšteris, a Senior Associate and attorney-at-law specialising in EU and Lithuanian competition law. His practice includes representing clients in investigations before the Lithuanian Competition Council concerning prohibited agreements and abuse of dominant position, preparing and filing merger control notifications, as well as representing clients before the European Commission in state aid matters.
