Longevity Fund, a newly established company managed by investment company Aggressive Capital, has acquired management and consulting company Exercise Investment. The latter manages Impuls and Lemon Gym sports clubs.
Aggressive Capital is a commercial and residential real estate investment fund management company licensed by the Bank of Lithuania. Launched in 2020, the company manages closed-end investment funds for informed investors. Its newly established and managed company Longevity Fund acquired 88.1% of the shares of the management and consulting company Exercise Investment and gained sole control of it.
Exercise Investment controls companies Impuls LTU and Gym LT, which operate Impuls and Lemon Gym sports clubs.
WIDEN team advised Aggressive Capital on all legal aspects of the transaction: obtaining permission from the Competition Council, performing due diligence, and preparing transaction documents.
