WIDEN nõustas Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB-d, teisi panku ja mitmeid institutsionaalseid investoreid seoses 500,000,000 EUR finantseerimistehinguga Advenile (sündikaatlaen ja võlakirjad). Adven on juhtiv energia- ja veeteenuste pakkuja Põhjamaades ja Balti riikides.
