WIDEN aitas Enghouse Systems group in the acquisition of Trafi

We have represented Enghouse Systems Group in the acquisition of a Lithuanian startup Trafi.

Enghouse Systems is a global developer of software solutions used by clients in a wide range of business sectors, from communications and media to transport services.

Trafi is an innovative mobility platform developed in Lithuania that helps optimize public transport services and is already in use in various cities throughout Europe. In one place, users can access up-to-date traffic and public transport information, choose the fastest route to their destination and buy public transport tickets.

Following the acquisition of this platform by Enghouse Systems, the plan is to reach the Canadian and US markets.
