Meet Maris, an attorney in WIDEN’s dispute resolution and arbitration team.

Maris specializes in civil litigation and client representation in court, focusing on developing strategic and well-considered solutions to complex legal challenges.

After earning her bachelor’s degree in International and European Law and a master’s degree in Competition Law in the Netherlands, Maris worked as a lawyer at the Tallinn Circuit Court. This experience deepened her interest in civil procedure and litigation while giving her valuable insight into how the court system operates.

In her work, Maris is guided by the belief that the goal of any dispute is to achieve an outcome that creates real value for the client – whether through a favourable judgment or a fair settlement.
