Meet Triin, an attorney with more than 20 years of experience in environmental and administrative law.
Triin advises and represents public authorities and private companies in complex regulatory and high-stakes environmental matters, including environmental permitting, spatial planning, waste management and EU environmental law. She regularly works on projects that extend beyond purely legal questions and require strategic thinking across regulatory, technical and societal dimensions.
Triin is an experienced litigator who has represented clients in both civil and administrative matters across all levels of the Estonian court system, including numerous appearances before the Supreme Court, as well as before the Court of Justice of the European Union.
She is a lecturer in environmental law at the University of Tartu and has served as a member of the Administrative Law Committee of the Estonian Bar Association since 2017.
Triin can support you in navigating environmental and regulatory requirements, structuring projects and resolving challenging disputes. She works closely with other experts where needed to ensure solutions that are clear, practical and well thought through.
