WIDEN konsultē AS Ekspress Grupp on the acquisition of the outdoor advertising company JSC LT Advert

AS Ekspress Grupp, a leading media group in the Baltic states that owns Delfi news portals in the Baltic states, will acquire JSC LT Advert, one of the largest outdoor advertising companies in Lithuania.

LT Screens, a wholly-owned subsidiary of AS Ekspress Grupp, entered into an agreement with JSC Anlaban to acquire 100% of the shares in JSC LT Advert. The transaction is still subject to approval by the Lithuanian Competition Council.

Ekspress Grupp was founded in 1989 and employs approximately 1,000 people. Ekspress Grupp is the leading media group in the Baltic states, with operations spanning the production of online media content and the publishing of newspapers, magazines, and books. The group operates Delfi news portals in the Baltic states. It also operates an online ticket sales platform and ticket sales outlets in Latvia and Estonia, and provides digital outdoor screen services in Estonia and Latvia. In addition, the group’s companies organize conferences, training sessions, and events.

LT Advert is an outdoor advertising company that has been operating for more than 18 years and manages more than 400 advertising spaces in over 60 Lithuanian cities. The company offers both static and digital media solutions – ranging from smaller formats to large advertising spaces in Lithuania’s largest municipalities.
