WIDEN Lithuania advised investors on the acquisition of one of the most successful PRO BRO Express tunnel car washes

The investment company Verslo angelų fondas II successfully completed the sale of shares in one of the most successful locations of the PRO BRO Express tunnel car wash chain in Vilnius to new investors.

Located in a strategically convenient location in the capital, the MAXI model express tunnel car wash is one of the most successful locations in the PRO BRO Express network. Opened in December 2020, the car wash washes almost half a million cars per year.

Five years ago, UAB Aneli Capital, represented by KŪB Verslo angelų fondas II, and a private investor invested in a company operating a car wash on Rasų Street on the basis of a joint venture agreement. In October they successfully sold their shares to new investors.

During the sale of the controlling stake, WIDEN advised the new investors on preparation of the transaction documents and other legal issues, as well as throughout the negotiation process. WIDEN team was led by Partner Džiuginta Balčiūnė and Senior Associate Haroldas Kupstas.
