WIDEN Lithuania advised Klaipėdos vanduo
March 6, 2024

WIDEN Lithuania Partner Aušra Brazauskienė and Senior Associate Tomas Janušauskis successfully advised Klaipėdos vanduo on signing a €25 million loan agreement with the European Investment Bank (EIB).

The investments will enable Klaipėdos vanduo to improve the reliability and affordability of the water supply and wastewater management services, generate renewable energy and better cope with the changes brought about by climate change. These improvements will positively impact both the environment and the residents.

We are delighted to have been involved in this financing agreement during the entire process, from application to signing.
