WIDEN nõustas IuteCreditit võlakirjaemissioonil kogumahuga 75 miljonit eurot

Eesti finantstehnoloogia ettevõte IuteCredit emiteeris edukalt 75 miljoni euro ulatuses tagatud võlakirju. Emissioonis osalesid Euroopa kutselised investorid ja jaeinvestoritele toimus avalik pakkumine Eestis, Lätis, Leedus ja Saksamaal.

Võlakirjad on noteeritud Nasdaq Tallinna börsil ja Frankfurdi börsil. Emissiooni ülemaailmne õigusnõustaja oli GSK Stockmann (LUX) ja Balti riikide õigusnõustaja WIDEN. WIDEN nõustas IuteCreditit kõikides pakkumisega seotud õigusküsimustes.
