WIDEN Lithuania advised Economus shareholders on transaction with Green Landscaping Group

The shareholders of JSC Economus sell 100 % of the shares to Green Landscaping Group AB, which operates in the Scandinavian outdoor environment and infrastructure solutions market.

Economus was founded in 2006 and offers a full range of children’s playgrounds, outdoor gym installations and maintenance services. The company is headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Green Landscaping Group AB is a multinational group for entrepreneurs working with ground maintenance, green space management and landscaping. The Group has approximately 3,000 employees and net sales amounted to SEK 6.4 billion for 2024. The shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. 

Green Landscaping Group AB has signed an agreement to acquire Economus with an annual turnover of around €3.4 million.

The transaction will be completed upon receiving all necessary approvals from regulatory authorities, approximately during the fourth quarter of 2025.

In the sale of the majority shares, Economus was advised on all legal matters during the signing stage by the WIDEN Lithuania team, led by Partner Džiuginta Balčiūnė and Associate Simona Galiauskė.
