WIDEN is proud to announce its role as legal adviser to Alfasan Holding B.V., a leading Dutch veterinary pharmaceutical company, in a landmark transaction that consolidates key players in the animal health industry.

The transaction unites Interchemie, Kepro, and Pharmapark under one consolidated structure. The merger integrates manufacturing facilities and product portfolios to enhance efficiency and market reach. As part of the transaction, real estate assets in Estonia were carved out prior to closing and remain under Alfasan’s ownership. The joint venture will continue to operate these facilities.
