Margus Reiland nõustas Freselle Logistics OÜ-d ühisettevõtte loomisel Jersey Post’iga. Ta nõustas Freselle Logistics’it kõigis müügiprotsessiga seotud õiguslikes küsimustes, muuhulgas tehingu struktureerimises kui ka regulatiivsetes küsimustes.

Freselle Logistics omab ühte suurimat sisemaa konteinervedude terminali Eestis ja pakub mistahes logistilisi lahendusi kõikidele kaubavoogudele üle kogu Euroopa, sealhulgas SRÜ riikides läbi Eesti, Läti ja Venemaa. Jersey Post on universaalse postiteenuse osutaja.

Ühisettevõte kannab nime GTS Post. GTS Post hakkab osutama rahvusvahelist ja piiriülest posti- ja logistikateenuseid Baltikumis, Kesk- ja Ida-Euroopas.
