WIDEN nõustas uudse e-poe projekti

WIDEN aitas kogu õigusliku poolega üles seada CAMPY – hübriid sotsiaalmeediast ja e-poest. Campy’t eristab konkurentidest see, et kasutaja saab ise deklareerida, millised sooduspakkumisi ta näha soovib – brändist spetsiifilise tootegrupini välja. Ühtlasi on kasutajal võimalik läbi mänguliste tegevuste teenida Campy punkte ja kasutada neid ostude tegemisel. Tegemist on täiesti ainulaadse platvormiga kogu Eestis ja väljaspool seda.

WIDEN aitas Campy’t kõikides õigusküsimustes pealaest jalatallani – sh ärimudeli õigusanalüüs, maksuanalüüs ja kõiksuguste lepingute koostamine ja muu vajalik nõustamine. Projekti juhtis vandeadvokaat Henri Ratnik ja täide aitasid viia IT/IP poole pealt vandeadvokaat ja partner Rauno Kinkar ja advokaat Dan-Erik Roosve ning maksuküsimustes nõustas vandeadvokaat ja partner Margus Reiland.
