WIDEN oli õigusnõustaja e-toidupoe FreshGO avamisel

FreshGO on Eesti kapitalil põhinev e-toidupood, mis toob tellijateni koju kaubad väiketootjatest kuni supermarketites leiduvani. WIDEN nõustas FreshGO-d kõiges olulises, mida avataval e-toidupoel tarviline on. WIDEN lõi FreshGO-le ausad kasutajatingimused tarbijatele ning tarnelepingud nii väiketootjatega kui suurte jaemüügikettidega. WIDEN nõustas läbirääkimistel koostööpartneritega ning suhtlusel riiklike ametkondadega uudse e-teenuse asutamisel ja abistas üldise õigusnõuga, et kogu e-toidupoe tegevus vastaks kehtivale õigusele.

Nõustavasse õigustiimi kuulusid advokaadid Magnus Braun ning Rauno Kinkar ja neid assisteeris jurist Ave-Ly Käsi.
