Law office WIDEN Latvia provided comprehensive legal support to the Client in a complex and strategically significant settlement deal. Within the framework of this deal, several co-owners’ mutual cooperation issues were successfully resolved, multiple related legal proceedings were concluded, and the company’s future management direction was determined. The transaction was carried out over several months in close cooperation with all involved parties, including a bank, ensuring an outcome aligned with the Client’s strategic interests.

WIDEN Latvia provided legal support to the Client throughout the entire commercial settlement process. The legal framework of the transaction was developed, legal risks were identified and assessed, and recommendations were given for their elimination or mitigation. A legal evaluation of the mutual relationships between shareholders allowed for the alignment of settlement terms while respecting the interests and legal requirements of all parties.

The legal process was overseen and managed by attorney at law Armands Rasa and associate Kārlis Ešenvalds, who provided legal support throughout the execution of the deal. This included developing the legal structure of the deal, identifying and evaluating potential legal risks, analyzing the legal relationships between the parties, and coordinating the settlement terms.
