WIDEN nõustas Arco Vara Lutheri Kvartali omandamisel

WIDEN-i tiim koosseisus partnerid Kristi Sild ja Marge Männiko ning advokaat Martin Nikolajev aitasid Arco Vara grupil omandada Lutheri Kvartali.

Ajaloolisesse kvartalisse Tallinna kesklinnas, mille lubatud brutoehitusmaht on 95 000 m², tuleb terviklik kaasaegne elukeskkond. Lutheri Kvartali omandamishind oli 35 MEUR ja arenduse koguinvesteeringuks on hinnanguliselt 205 MEUR. Tehingu tegi keerukaks finantseerimisstruktuur – see hõlmas müüjate laenukohustuse ülevõtmist, Arco Vara aktsiate suunatud emissiooni ja uute aktsiate noteerimist börsil.

WIDEN aitas tehingustruktuuri väljatöötamisel, tehingu läbirääkimisel ja lõpuleviimisel.
