WIDEN advised the management of Credit Union Saulėgrąža on a EUR 21.8 million investment by Polish private equity fund Enterprise Investors Fund IX. After the transaction, the fund will hold 81.5% of the shares in Saulėgrąža. The transaction remains subject to approval by the Lithuanian Competition Council.

The fund has EUR 340 million under management and invests in fast-growing sectors, including financial services, technology, healthcare, consumer goods, retail and manufacturing. This is Enterprise Investors’ second investment in Lithuania.
