Lina ^{Senior Associate} Grebliauskaitė

Meet Lina Grebliauskaitė, a Senior Associate with almost 10 years of legal experience, including 7 years in real estate and construction law.

Lina represents clients in relations with state and local self-government institutions, provides consultations on territorial planning documents, preparation of land plot formation and redevelopment projects, lease and sale of state land, change of purpose and use of land plots, designing, purchase and sale of immovable property, lease, contracting and other legal issues related to real estate and construction.

She has experience in the preparation of complex territorial planning documents, from the initiation of the preparation of territorial planning documents to the mentoring of the entire process, including representation of clients in publicity procedures, preparation of responses to proposals submitted by the public, and resolution of disputes arising in territorial planning.

Lina also conducts legal due diligence of real estate planned to be acquired by clients, during which, taking into account the client’s specific expectations, the key risks of development of the property are presented, suggestions on how to manage these risks are made, and answers are provided to the client’s specific questions related to the development of the analysed object.

Lina has been successfully representing the interests of clients in courts of general jurisdiction and administrative courts for about 10 years.
