Meet Piia, an attorney with more than 15 years of experience advising and representing clients in public and private law matters. From the beginning of her career, Piia has been involved in public procurement matters and co-authored books about public procurement law. She is the co-author of the first two books about public procurement law published in Estonia. Piia especially enjoys helping local authorities perform long-term projects like EU-funded projects, from which the whole community gains.
Piia is experienced in property law and in international contract law. She thrives on learning about a client’s business behind each contract to foresee and assess potential future risks and developments. She knows the importance of time for her clients and therefore values punctuality.
