Meet Johanna, a member of WIDEN’s public law team who has experience in various areas related to regulations, permits, administrative procedures and court disputes. Johanna’s most preferred area of practice is environmental law and planning, and she is happy to advise and assist individuals, developers, environmental organisations and local governments.
Having previously worked as a lawyer in the Estonian Environmental Board, Johanna has a good insight into the state’s activities in environmental law, knows the relevant case law, and has an overview of environmental issues and discussions in Estonia. In addition to the above, Johanna also advises WIDEN’s attorneys in public law, competition law, construction law and tax law.
According to Art. 40 (3) of the Bar Association Act, lawyers do not provide legal services. Lawyers assist attorneys.
