Meet Eglė Voverienė, a Senior Associate with more than 10 years of experience in real estate, construction law, land law, spatial planning and contract law.
Her experience comprises providing legal advice and legal services to individuals in their day-to-day problems, as well as to real estate developers, potential investors and/or participants in construction.
Eglė is here to assist you with legal issues of any complexity, from qualification requirements for contractors to disputes between parties involved in the construction process.
Eglė has an abundance of experience handling matters related to the conclusion and performance of construction contracts, assessing developer’s options for ensuring compliance with spatial planning documents and legislation, and drafting real estate sale and purchase agreements. She has also been successful in advising members of multi-apartment building associations on their rights, obligations, and decision-making processes.
