Meet Justina Ramašauskaitė, a Senior Associate with over 10 years of experience in advising public procurement participants on public procurement procedures, assisting them in preparing to participate in a tender and drafting public procurement bids.
Justina is here to assist you with the preparation of public procurement documents for contracting authorities and advise you on matters ranging from procurement planning issues to the execution of procurement contracts (assessing risks, drafting contracts, advising on publicity and amendments). She can also represent you in pre-litigation and litigation disputes, whether you’re the supplier or the contracting authority.
Justina is a lecturer and since 2018 she’s been regularly providing contracting authorities and companies with both internal and public seminars on various public procurement issues.
