Meet Svetlana Naumčik, an Associate Partner providing complex legal services to clients in the field of labour and migration law, and advising them on the employment of third-country nationals and EU employment.
Svetlana is here to assist you when handling a wide range of immigration cases, including temporary and permanent residence permits, Blue cards, business immigration, family immigration and work permits.
Having an excellent understanding of the needs and demand for foreign workers in Lithuania, Svetlana has been successful in obtaining work and residence permits for citizens from around the globe, including those residing in the United States, China and India.
Svetlana also regularly provides consultations and trainings on the legal issues related to the immigration reform in Lithuania and shares her expertise in a variety of Lithuanian and foreign publications.
