Meet Simona Galiauskė, an associate specialising in corporate and M&A law.
Simona assists in various corporate matters – drafting and coordinating internal documents, decisions of governing bodies and contracts. She also advises clients on reorganisation and restructuring processes, increase or decrease of share capital, shareholders’ agreements, formation and restructuring of corporate governance structure.
In addition, Simona is involved in M&A transactions, representing in negotiations and ensuring their implementation – from the drafting of letters of intent and confidentiality agreements to the closing of the transaction.
