Meet Vaidas Mackonis, a Partner with more than 20 years of experience in real estate, transport and logistics, energy, natural resources, environmental law, ESG law, insurance law and dispute resolution.

Vaidas will assist you in a wide range of real estate and construction law matters – real estate transactions of varying complexity, spatial planning, land law, real estate leases and leasebacks, public-private partnerships (PPPs), construction contracting, design, drafting of FIDIC contracts.

Vaidas has extensive experience in the transport sector, advising on carriage by road (CMR Convention), by sea (Hague-Visby Rules), by air (Montreal and Warsaw Conventions), by rail and by post, representing clients or insurers in claims arising out of insurance relationships. He also advises on the acquisition or lease and registration of aircraft.

He regularly advises clients on environmental and infrastructure issues, dispute resolution, negotiation, assists in the implementation of sustainability and renewable energy programmes in companies and actively promotes environmentally friendly innovation and socially progressive management.
