Meet Lina Šikšniutė-Vaitiekūnienė, a Partner with over 20 years of experience in corporate law, M&A and public procurement. She specializes in guiding companies through all phases of their lifecycle—from structuring businesses, establishment and assistance in day to day matters to navigating mergers, acquisitions, corporate governance, and restructuring.

Her M&A expertise includes legal due diligence, negotiations, drafting transaction documentation, assistance in transaction and post-transaction integration. Additionally, she advises on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, shareholder disputes ensuring clients’ strategic objectives are met.

Lina provides consulting services both to startups and investors, offering strategic advice on investment documentation, fundraising, shareholder agreements, and structuring business for growth. She works with both buy-side and sell-side clients, offering expert guidance on acquisitions, sales, and exits.

As Head of International Relations at WIDEN Lithuania, Lina leverages her strong global network of legal professionals, through memberships in Meritas, Telfa, the International Bar Association, and Andersen, to provide cross-border legal support and advise on international transactions.
